We had a fantastic time exploring the beautiful trails and enjoying the stunning views with our little adventurers. It was a great way to bond as a family and create lasting memories.
In my wife's opinion, it would be great if the hotel had a designated play area for children.

Large airy rooms, ours had access onto our own terrace area. Great shower/bathroom, nice character features in the building, central location on the main street through the town, friendly and helpful staff
The furniture is quite dated but the place is really clean and excellent value for money

The pool was great for the kids and the little town it is in was a pleasent stopover. The hotel is a great example of what Spain was like 20 years ago.
The building is a kittle dated

The rooms at Hotel Espana were fantastic! They had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a TV, a wardrobe, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. The fact that they preserved the original structure from the last century added a touch of charm to the experience. As a guest who values convenience and history, I truly enjoyed my stay.
While the rooms had a private pool, I personally didn't make use of it. But hey, if you're into that, others might enjoy it!

The hotel is very quaint , lovely pool area. The room was huge with a very modern bathroom. The owner was very helpful and let me park my bike in a secure area overnight. It is a very old and lovely hotel.
There was a salsa class in the main dining area that went on till 2 in the morning!! I had a long run to Mojacar the next day and felt knackered!!

Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. Good shower and swimming pool. It had some very old fashioned features - it was like turning the clock back!
The staff were not really pleasant and all bar one gentleman on reception could do with some basic hospitality training as they all seemed fairly disinterested.

I recently stayed at Hotel Espana for the second time and it continues to impress. The grand entrance, sizeable lobby, and attractive bar/restaurant give the hotel a majestic feel. Despite being a little worn, it offers clean and comfortable accommodations at great value. The morning waiter was extremely helpful in accommodating my daughter's gluten intolerance, providing a delicious selection of fruits, ham, and cheese. The hotel also has ample parking nearby, making it convenient for guests.
Can just recommend this hotel.

The friendly staff made my experience even better. The hotel's central location allowed for easy access to nearby attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for its traditional charm and excellent service.
